- You want parents to pay fees inside the school app, and principals and admins to use the app too.
- You want a vendor with a long track record in schools and a field team across 27 states.
- You want Holistic Progress Cards and NEP-style assessment as a built-in format.
Choose ProEMS if
- You want to see the price before you book a demo: ₹79, ₹169 or ₹249 per student per year before GST.
- You run a college, or a school and a college under one roof, and want one product for both.
- You want your data in AWS Mumbai, with its own database and web address for your school.
- You collect fees with concessions, late fines, suspense payments and bank CSV, and you're happy for students to pay on the web.

What is Entab CampusCare?
CampusCare is the school ERP from Entab Infotech, headquartered in New Delhi.[6] Its ERP page says 25+ years in school education, 2,500+ schools and a product built around NEP 2020, with modules for admissions, fees, exams, attendance, transport and payroll.[1] Its home page adds inventory, library, an LMS, a website module, a mobile app and an AI analytics dashboard, and shows case studies from school groups, including one it describes as a 45,000-student network across 12 states.[2]
Entab sells more than one version. A pricing-factors article names CampusCare, a lighter CampusSoft for schools that don't want the full feature set, and CampusKidz for pre-schools.[5] You will also see CampusCare 10x, which Entab's app listings describe as a school ERP.[12, 13] The App Store listing adds an option to license AR-based learning content.[13] Ask Entab which version a quote covers.
Where is Entab CampusCare stronger?
On breadth, scale and the parent app. This is real, and for many schools it decides the choice.
- More modules. Inventory and GPS bus tracking are on its modules page, and online classes and an LMS on its home and apps pages.[2, 3, 8] An undated blog and its SoftwareSuggest listing also include hostel management.[4, 6] ProEMS has none of these.
- Parents pay in the app. Its apps page lists paying fees online and seeing dues; the App Store listing mentions online fee payment.[3, 9] In ProEMS, students pay on the web and the apps show fees only.
- The app covers every role. Features for parents, teachers, principals and admins, including payslips for teachers and fee collection analysis for admins.[3] The ProEMS apps have no admin side.
- NEP-style assessment. Holistic Progress Cards, competency-based and rubric-led assessment and CPD hour tracking are named on its ERP page.[1]
- Scale and support. It says 2,500+ schools and a field team across 27 states.[1, 11] Its Android app shows 10 lakh+ downloads.[10]
Where is ProEMS stronger?
On price clarity, colleges and a few office details.
- A price you can read. ₹79, ₹169 or ₹249 per student per year before 18% GST, no setup fee, hosting and apps included. Entab does not publish pricing.[5, 6]
- Colleges. One product for schools and colleges: programs, courses, departments, terms, backlogs, admit cards and university Excel.
- Fee detail. Concessions, discounts, automatic late fines, suspense payments and bank CSV upload on Gold, with online payment through Razorpay, Stripe, Paytm, HDFC (via CCAvenue), PNB. Defaulter reports with SMS are on Platinum. Entab says it integrates popular gateways but doesn't name them.[7]
- Board formats. Report cards, rank lists with percentile, and Council List and nominal roll exports for ICSE and ISC schools. The Entab pages we read mention CBSE and NEP, not ICSE or state boards.[1, 8]
- Where your data sits. AWS Mumbai, an encrypted database, daily backups with 7-day point-in-time recovery and a database of its own for each school. Entab says cloud with automatic backup, with no provider or region named.[1, 8]
What ProEMS doesn't do: no hostel, inventory, GPS bus tracking, online classes, WhatsApp, Tally export or payslip PDFs, no two-factor login and English-only screens, and we don't list any AI features. What does Entab CampusCare cost?
We couldn't find out. Entab doesn't publish a price.

Not always. None of this is a reason to rule Entab out. It is a reason to get the module list, support hours and terms in writing before you sign.
